HOPS & GRAPES
Chef Shanmuganathan has always enjoyed
the fine art of cuisine since he was a young boy.
His passion led him to pursue his interest
of culinary knowledge in Switzerland at the tender age of
15. While at culinary school, Chef Shan was trained under
some of the best teachers, and their lessons paid off. Upon
graduation, he headed back to Malaysia to work in the kitchen
of several prestigious hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Recognizing
his talent and potentials in the food industry, Chef Shan
was assigned to numerous hotels within Europe and Asia-Pacific
region, working for some of the worlds most influential
people.
During his career in the hotel industry
he earned numerous awards of excellence.
His experience in the hotel industry helps
Chef Shan to move on to work at Hops & Grapes Restaurant
and Bar in Cyberjaya, where he is currently head-chef. At
Hops & Grapes, Chef Shan continues to offers delightful,
fresh and innovative dishes. His extraordinary and vibrant
talent proves that he has what it takes to stay on top of
his game.
